Maggie Madej
Maggie Madej is Creative Producer at Freja North Studios, where she oversees investor communications initiatives of affiliates such as Britannica, teams that design materials that support investor involvement and runs end-to-end content production systems for investor transparency - from short-form travel films and AI-enhanced multimedia to long-form documentary storytelling and educational course modules.
Over the past decade Maggie has produced, directed and edited video and narrative projects covering nearly 100 countries as she was part of an investment research project that took her on motorbikes and cars through much of the world, turning on-the-ground research and lived experience into repeatable workflows the studio uses to scale stories, teaching content, and marketing assets. She leads small, cross-disciplinary teams (writers, editors, designers, voice artists), mentors interns, and runs rapid prototyping sessions that sit at the intersection of narrative, UX and visual craft. Her focus is on building elegant production processes that serve investors education while preserving creative voice while delivering polished, measurable output.
Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College and was awarded the Academic Achievement Award in psychology and neuroscience.
