The Freja North Studios Creative Pro Lab
An immersive, year-long studio residency where creative practice meets product thinking. Over a twelve-month internship you’ll take an idea from brief through MVP — learning production systems, audience testing, branding, and launch execution — while specializing in two creative strands (e.g., video production + UX, creative writing + animation, or another combination you propose).

What You’ll Do
Work in small, cross-disciplinary teams to develop a creative product: research audience needs, storyboard and prototype, build a minimum-viable production, test with real viewers, iterate on form and messaging, and prepare a polished launch package (trailer, one-page brand story, distribution plan, and a portfolio-ready sample).

You’ll be mentored by practitioners who ship work for education and storytelling projects, learn reproducible production workflows, and gain visible outcomes — portfolio pieces, a case study, and a tested MVP — that demonstrate both craft and commercial thinking.
Who Should Apply
Students and early-career creatives in film, media, animation, UX, creative writing, digital humanities, or related fields. Apply solo or as a team. We value curiosity, craft, and the willingness to commit to a full-year build — this is not a weekend hackathon but a sustained, professional studio experience.
