Internship

At Freja North Studios we offer students hands-on project placements and internships in our Östermalm studio, where small cross-disciplinary teams produce short-form travel films, AI-enhanced multimedia, UX-led web stories and brand work. You’ll pair weekly mentorship with real client briefs — owning tasks from concept and shooting to editing, voicework, and tidy delivery — learn modern production tools and workflows, and leave with portfolio pieces that are publishable and practically useful.

The Creative Lab

At Freja North Studios our Creative Lab is where ideas are tested, shaped and turned into repeatable creative systems. We pair wide-angle exploration with rigorous craft so that every story, course module and short film feels both artful and useful.

Exploratory Research

We scout ideas across cultures, formats and media — from short travel films to serialized educational storytelling — digging for narrative patterns, visual hooks and audience needs. Exploration fuels the experiments we bring into production.

Interdisciplinary Curiosity

Writers, editors, designers, sound artists and technologists work side-by-side. We prize original thinking, respectful debate, and cross-discipline play — the habits that turn a good idea into a distinctive creative voice.

Rigorous Prototyping & Validation

Creativity here is disciplined. Concepts are prototyped quickly, user-tested, iterated, and instrumented. We care about craft (editing, pacing, UX) and about outcomes (engagement, clarity, teachability), and we only scale processes that prove durable. (Example: our Swiss Finance Academy storytelling education projects apply this method — serialized, genre-aware teaching films that blend narrative bite with pedagogical clarity.)

Master Thesis
